We accept a variety of insurance plans, whether you’re joining us for in-person sessions at our office in Fargo, ND, or attending virtual/telehealth therapy. (available to individuals located in North Dakota or Minnesota.)

*Please note these are self-pay only and 50% of service fee is required at time of scheduling, remaining half of payment will be due at time of service.
Authentically You Therapy requires a 24-hour notice in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we receive less than a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment, a cancellation/no-show fee of $100 will be charged to the card on file. The cancellation/no-show fee is not covered by insurance.
At Authentically You Therapy, we value your time and are committed to providing quality mental health care. If you schedule an appointment but do not attend, a $100 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. Please note that this no-show fee is not covered by insurance and is the client’s responsibility. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain availability for all clients seeking support.
Safety is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather, if you are unable to attend an in-person session, or if I cannot make it to the office, your appointment will be switched to a telehealth session. If you foresee any weather-related issues with attending, please contact us to arrange a virtual appointment. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility during adverse weather conditions.
