HI, I'M GABBY!
I would consider myself an attachment-based therapist. My main goal is to create a strong therapeutic relationship where my clients can feel safe to feel and express their authentic feelings, ultimately allowing them to be their authentic selves. I enjoy working with clients who are struggling with ADHD, PMDD, PTSD, anxiety, or issues related to complex trauma. I especially enjoy working with women who struggle with these issues, helping them to better understand ways to work "with" their bodies to both meet their needs and reduce problematic symptoms. I believe corrective experiences happen both inside and outside of the therapy office. I strive to create a safe, warm, and empathetic space for clients to just be themselves.
